Terms of service

1. Who we are

The services are provided by Magicod Technologies Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore, trading as Magic Dev Studio ("we", "us"). Contact: sales@magicsas.app.

2. Quotes and scope

• Our one-page website price covers one scrolling page: custom design, build, on-page SEO setup and 30 days of post-launch support for small text and content changes.
• Anything beyond that — extra pages, a blog, an online store, apps, integrations, ongoing SEO — is quoted separately before work starts.
• Prices on regional pages are in that market's currency. Amounts shown in US dollars on our global pages are approximate conversions; the amount in your quote is the amount you pay.

3. Payment

Payment terms (how much, when, and how to pay) are set out in your quote. Unless your quote says otherwise, our fees are one-time charges, not subscriptions. Bank or card fees and currency conversion charged by your own bank or payment provider are yours.

4. Your part

• Send us accurate business information and the content you want on the site.
• Only send content you have the right to use — your own text, logos and photos, or material you have a licence for. You're responsible for the claims your site makes about your business.
• Review the preview and tell us what to change. Our delivery times (for example "live in 1 business day") start once we have your content, and depend on how quickly you reply.

5. Domain, hosting and third-party services

Your domain name and hosting are registered in your name with providers you choose, and their charges are separate from ours. Third-party services (such as domain registrars, hosting companies, payment providers, WhatsApp and Google) are governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability or price changes.

6. Ownership

Once you have paid in full, you own the website we design for you and the content you supplied. We keep ownership of our general know-how, tools and reusable code, and give you a permanent licence to use any of it that is part of your site. We may show your live site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Support and changes

The one-page website includes 30 days of post-launch support for small text and content changes. After that, or for larger changes, we quote separately.

8. Using this website

The information on this site, including comparisons with other providers' prices, is general information checked on the date shown on each page. Other companies' prices change; check their own websites before you decide. Don't misuse the site — for example by trying to break its security or scraping it at a volume that affects other visitors.

9. Liability

We do our work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data), and our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction, unless the consumer law of your own country gives you rights that can't be excluded.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page on the date of your quote applies to your project.
